Nikkia Hester

Nikkia Hester is a Charlotte native and the Founder and Executive Director of P & G Mentoring, a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering children and young adults through mentorship, education, and career development. Driven by a passion for uplifting youth in the community, she established the organization to provide guidance, resources, and opportunities that help young people build confidence and prepare for successful futures.

In addition to leading P & G Mentoring, she is a Financial Planner and Business Consultant committed to helping families and entrepreneurs build, protect, and grow their financial futures. Through strategic life insurance planning, risk management, and business consulting, she provides solutions that help clients safeguard their wealth, protect their loved ones, and strengthen their businesses for long-term success.

She is also an active community volunteer dedicated to supporting initiatives that promote community development, education, and family support. Through her service and community involvement, she strives to strengthen local connections and create meaningful impact throughout the Charlotte community.
